Item Description

French Limoges Dresser Box for Christian Dior. An oval-shaped dresser box decorated with a bouquet of white rose blossoms and green leaves against a white ground. Produced for Christian Dior by a unidentified Limoges factory. Marked on the underside “Limoges/France” in green and “Christian Dior” in gilt. Each side of the box has a frieze of interlocking C’s and D’s in gilt.
