Italian Glass Centerpiece by Egizia. This emerald glass centerpiece is in the “Nilo” pattern and is decorated with satinized color and 24 kt. gold. Designed by the graphic designer Barbra Forni for Sottsass Associati in Milan and produced in 1995 by Egizia, a 56-year-old company known for silkscreen printing and located in the Tuscany region of Italy. Marked with the black and silver Egizia foil label and gilt inscribed “Barbara Forni for bwc Egizia by Sottsass Associati.” Part of Egizia's "Handle with Care" collection of serigraphed glass.
