Louis XVI-Style Italian Mantel Clock by Imperial. Clock case in the form of a lyre flanked by two gilded and silverplated young satyrs or fauns with hoofed feet standing on a portoro marble base. Base supports a hunting trophy. Portoro marble and silverplated vasiform finial flanked by four figural rooster heads. Black Roman numerals on a gold-shaded ground. Italian case by Imperial. Two front paw feet. The Franz Hemie German movement has been converted to battery operation. Imperfections on the two rear feet.
