Item Description

Porcelain Basket-Shaped Vase by Ermete Agostinelli. Produced in Bassano, Italy by Dr. Ermete Agostinelli (1915-2000). Basket shaped with a frieze of fifteen light yellow fluted panels around the perimeter. A frieze of gilt acanthus leaf panels encircles the rim and a frieze of floriform motifs encircle the center. Marked on the underside with the factory label reading “Porcellae d’Arte/Agostinelli – SBC” and “Decore a la main.”
