Silver Salt and Pepper Set by Cartier, Paris. A three-piece set consisting of a tray, salt shaker, and pepper shaker. Each of the three pieces is numbered and marked “Cartier, Paris,” “Made in France,” “925,” and “Argent.” Each piece is hallmarked. Salt and pepper shakers are glass receptacles with silver lids and a twisted gilt rope encircling the perimeter of the lids. Two small decorative handles on the tray. Comes with a presentation case in red calfskin over boards with beige kid lining.
