PRODUCT AND PRICING INFORMATION
Although Beaux Arts Galleria has made every effort to display the products and their colors as accurately as possible, the displayed colors of the products will depend upon the monitor of the user and Beaux Arts Galleria cannot guarantee that the user's monitor will accurately portray the actual colors of the products.
Products displayed may be out-of-stock or discontinued, and prices are subject to change. Beaux Arts Galleria is not responsible for typographical errors regarding price or any other matter. Subject to the foregoing, the prices displayed are quoted in U.S. dollars and are effective only. The Commonwealth of Virginia Purchases are subject to applicable taxes to be paid by the purchaser, and do not include shipping and handling.

Each item is introduced and sold "AS IS". We take extra care to fully describe our items. We personally examine and take detailed photos of each item in order to provide you with the most accurate description including any flaws and the necessary repairs All property is sold "AS IS", and Beaux Arts Galleria does not make any representation or warranty, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability, fitness, or condition of the property or as to the correctness of description, genuineness, attribution, provenance or period of the property. When placing an order or purchasing any item(s), you agree to these Conditions of Sale.

We do not offer re-upholstering, electrical wiring or any repairs or restorations.
LIGHTING ITEMS & PRODUCTS DISCLAIMER
Please note that some of our lighting items will need to be rewired to the US Standard, which will be the buyer’s responsibility. All items are in overall good condition and for sale “AS IS”
ORDER PROCESSING & PAYMENT OPTIONS
Most of the items featured in the Beaux Arts Galleria on-line catalog are unique. When you see an item of interest, we encourage you to place your order or contact us right away in order to avoid disappointment. If you have any questions about an item, please contact us by phone, fax or e-mail prior to placing your order.
Beaux Arts makes every effort to provide accurate, up-to-date information on our website, but occasionally mistakes do occur. We reserve the right to correct any factual or pricing error on the website before or after a transaction has been made. In the event that a pricing error has occurred after an online transaction has been made, the customer will be notified before the order has been processed and before the credit card has been charged.
Payment Options
All purchases are to be paid in U.S. Dollars. Confirmed orders may be processed through our website using your credit card directly or through PayPal. If you prefer, you may call us at 1-540-443-0003, and one of our sales consultants can take your order and work out payment details over the phone. You will receive an invoice by e-mail or another method as requested.

Beaux Arts accepts VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover. For on line processing you may also use your existing PayPal account or create one.

Bank Wire Transfer:
One of our sales consultants can help you with arrangements to pay for your order with a bank transfer. Please call 1-540-443-0003 to request this service.
Payment must be received within seven days after the order has been processed. If payment is not received within this period, we will no longer be able to guarantee the availability of the piece. If the piece is available when payment is received, we will complete the transaction. Please write your invoice number on the check or money order.
SHIPPING
Buyers pay all shipping, insurance and packaging supply costs. Payment for all items and costs must be made prior to shipment or release of items. BEAUXARTSGALLERIA offers no packing or shipping Services. For packing/shipping options, please see our suggestions below, under "Shipping Companies". Therefore arranging shipping with a third party is the buyer’s responsibility.
PLEASE NOTE! Shipping furniture is expensive; shippers can often give you an estimate for the transport of large items before you make your purchase. We recommend the following two excellent local companies for shipping:

You are welcome to arrange shipping through a shipper of your choice.
PICK UP
You are also welcome to pick up your item(s) yourself. We will gladly help you to load your pieces in your vehicle; however, it is your responsibility to bring the necessary packaging supplies, such as blankets and rope, and to ensure that the vehicle has enough storage capacity to transport the item(s) safely. The responsibility of BEAUXARTSGALLERIA.COM ends once the buyer or the shipping company has picked up the item(s), or if the item(s) is still stored in our warehouse after 30 days from the date of purchase. BEAUXARTSGALLERIA.COM will not be responsible for any damages caused by the shipper.
STORAGE
Item(s) will be stored for 30 days after the date of purchase at our warehouse. Your purchase must be picked up or shipped within 30 days after the date of purchase. BEAUXARTSGALLERIA.COM will not be responsible for damage to any items stored in our warehouse beyond this 30 day period. If the purchaser does not arrange for the items to be shipped within 30 days, a storage fee of $150 will be charged each month until the item(s) is picked up. No item will be released for shipping until this storage fee is paid in full. This policy is due to the limited space we have in our storage area and in order to avoid damage to the furniture.
DELIVERY LIABILITY
If BEAUXARTSGALLERIA should be prevented by fire, theft or any reason whatsoever from delivery of any items to the purchaser, our liability shall be limited to refunding the sum(s) actually paid by the purchaser.
EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is of primary importance to us at BEAUXARTSGALLERIA.COM. In the event that you are not pleased with your purchase(s) from our Online Catalogue, it may be returned for a full refund, less any packing, shipping and handling charges incurred. In order to receive a refund, the following conditions shall apply:, the item(s) must be returned to our store in the same condition as received, we must be notified within two days of receipt of goods of your intent to return them, items must be shipped back to BEAUXARTSGALLERIA within four business days of receipt of goods, and the client is responsible for shipping charges to return these item(s) to BEAUXARTSGALLERIA. The foregoing refund policy applies only to those goods purchased online, without benefit of first hand examination in our showroom. All in-store purchases shall be final.

Beaux Arts Galleria.com is controlled by Beaux Arts Galleria, LLC in the state of Virginia, USA. As such, the laws of the state of Virginia, without regard to its conflicts of laws or rules with other locales, will govern these disclaimers, limitations of liability, and terms and conditions.
